Agriculture remains the backbone of our communities. The Agriculture Loan provides seasonal financing to support crop production and farming activities.
Terms of the Loan
- Loan limit: Up to UGX 50,000,000
- Loan term: Up to 24 months
- Interest rate: 27% p.a. reducing balance
- Two guarantors required
- Collateral: Land
- Based on shares
- Available to all SACCO members
The loan can finance:
- Land preparation
- Seeds and fertilisers
- Farm labour
- Harvesting and storage
