Terms of this loan

• Loan limit 100,000 up to 4,000,000
• Loan term up to 18 months
• Interest rate 24%  a reducing
• 2 guarantors
• Collateral –land
• All Sacco members 18-70 years from western Uganda

The loan can be used for:

• Land purchase
• Plot acquisition
• Land development
• Survey and processing costs
